I have spent the last year publishing an independent forensic analysis of SpaceX's AI governance readiness ahead of the IPO — five articles, a dedicated domain network, and a framework mapped to NIST AI RMF, COSO GenAI, and ISO 42001. The response has been significant. More importantly, the governance gaps I identified are real, documented, and addressable — if the right person is in the room before the S-1 is filed.
